REPORT UNSAFE DRIVING

Have you witnessed an unsafe driving incident in our city?  If so, we encourage you to let the police department know about it.  To report incidents on county roads and city streets located within the city of Sartell, print the below Report Unsafe Driving Form and mail it to us at PO Box 334, Sartell, MN  56377.  You may also fax us the form at 320-258-3760 or e-mail it to publicsafety@sartellmn.com.

Report unsafe driving on county roads located outside the Sartell city limits to the sheriff's department in the county where the incident occurred.  NOTE:  The east side of the Mississippi River is Benton County; the west side is Stearns County.

Report unsafe driving on Minnesota freeways and the state trunk highway system to the Minnesota State Patrol.

An example of unsafe driving would be observing a vehicle swerving in and out of traffic, travelling at a high rate of speed, or any other unsafe maneuvers.  Any and all information you can give us about the vehicle(s) involved would be of great benefit to us.

As a result of your complaint, the registered owner will be sent a letter describing the complaint submitted.  Due to the large volume of complaints received by this department, we are unable to provide you with an individual disposition of your complaint.

Your contact information that you provide will NOT be sent to the subject of the complaint.
