Sartell City Ordinance #3-9, pertaining to Peddlers, Solicitors and Itinerant Merchants, sets forth registration requirements for those individuals and companies who wish to conduct business in the City of Sartell.

It also requires transient merchants to be backgrounded by the Sartell Police Department before being allowed to register with the city. The cost of the background check is the responsibility of the person applying.
