The Planning and Community Development Department provides staff support to the Planning Commission, which serves as an advisory body to the City Council by making recommendations regarding commercial/industrial site plans, subdivisions, special use permits, and other planning related items. The Planning Commission consists of six residents, three representing the City of Sartell and three representing LeSauk Township, appointed by the City Council to three year staggered terms.

The commission meets on the first Wednesday of the month at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers. The meetings are open to the public. Click to view the up coming Planning Commission agenda.
