AARP Safe Driving Course - Initial 8-Hour & 4-Hour Refresher

Learn safe driving habits and save on your auto insurance.

AARP Initial 8-Hour

Wed. & Thurs. 3/7-3/8 5:30-9:30PM, District Office Room 113, Cost is $20

AARP 4-Hour Refresher-for those who have already taken the 8 hour initial class and simply need to maintain their certification.

Tues. 2/7 1:00-5:00 PM, District Office Room 113, Cost is $20

Tues. 4/10 1:00-5:00PM, District Office Room 113, Cost is $20

Indoor Walking

Community Education provides ID badges to authorize you to walk indoors in the hallways of the Sartell Middle School.  Badges must be picked up at the District Office.  To request your badge or if you have questions call Community Education at 253-4036.  Cost is $2 one time fee.

Granite City Radio Control Club - 1st Wed. of the Month at 6PM

The Club will hold a short meeting at the Senior Center and then move into the gym to fly their miniature electric aircraft.

Crafters - Every Wed. 8AM-11:30AM

Meet other crafters and get new ideas at the SSC Center. Bring your materials and share your talents with others!

Recycled Creations - 2nd & 4th Wed. of the Month 1PM-3PM

"Scrapping" Fun!  Bring your greeting cards to the Center to be recycled into new cards.  Make gift bags and other creations. Cards, gift bags and boxes, bookmarks, gift tags are on sale at the Senior Center.

 

 

 

Wanting to get paid to share your time and talents?

Call the Community Education Office at 320-253-4036 to find out more!

Sartell Senior Connection is looking for donated items for the Senior Center, such as card tables, coffee, disposable utensils, plates and cups, paper towels, greeting cards and or envelopes, and scrapbooking supplies.  Do you have other "treasures"?  Call Ann at 320-253-4036 option 4 to see if the Senior Center could use them!
