Council, Mayor and Management Members City Council meetings are typically held on the second and fourth Monday of the month at 7:00 pm. Meetings are held in the Council Chambers and are open to the public. Council meeting minutes and agendas are available at City Hall and are archived on this site. City Council meetings are held the 2nd and 4th Mondays of every month at 7:00 p.m. To be placed on the agenda, items need to be submitted before noon on the preceding Wednesday. The council meetings are also aired live on local cable channel 19 as well as rebroadcast the following Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. The City Administrator, who is appointed by the City Council, serves as the chief administrative officer for the city. The administrator overseas the day-to-day operations of the city, and implements the policies of the City Council. City Hall is located at 125 Pine Cone Road. The parking lot can be entered off of 2 ½ St N.

The City of Sartell's administration staff is lead by the City Administrator Patti Gartland. She can be reached by calling Sartell City Hall at 320.253.2171.
The Sartell Police Department is lead by Chief Jim Hughes. Jim or his staff can be reached anytime by calling the Sartell Police Department non-emergency number at 320.251.8186.
