The City of Sartell owns and operates a digital sign located on Pine Cone Road South, just south of County Road 134 and Heritage Drive. 

Sign Rental Rates

(lower part of sign, full color ads)

Pinecone Road Digital Sign Rental - Ads  (Private Party Advertising; subject to City approval)

$2,400/1 year, plus tax   

$1,500/6 months, plus tax

  $900/3 months, plus tax

$350/1 month, plus tax

$100/week, plus tax

$50 Ad set up fee

$15 Ad change fee

Size:  192 pixels x 80 pixels

Resolution:  72ppi

  Color mode:  RGB

File Formats:  JPEG

Submitted artwork will be running on sign within 72 hours of submittal.

The City of Sartell also has advertisement space available in it's bi-monthly newsletter that goes to each utility customer in the city. That's over 4400 households and businesses every 2 months.

City Newsletter Advertising (per edition; subject to City approval)

   $100 per quarter page ad, plus tax (3.5"x4")

$250 per half page ad, plus tax (4"x7.5")

$400 per full page ad, plus tax (7.5"x 9")

Ads should be submitted as high reolution 300-350 dpi pdf, tiff, jpeg or eps files. 

Ad images should be submitted and sized at 100%.
